Charity Administrator and Supporter Relations Role

Salary: £23,000 – £24,500 pa pro rata (including employer pension contribution)

Hours: 21 hours per week (with occasional evenings and Saturdays) there will need to be an element of routine but with some flexibility.

Home-based in the UK (flexible depending on candidate)

This is a new part-time salaried position, replacing an existing role, for the Quiet Garden Movement, a small charity providing low cost, outdoor spaces for prayer, rest and wellbeing in a variety of settings, such as private homes, churches, schools and hospitals, in both the UK and beyond. Our core values are hospitality, contemplation, nature connection and creativity.

You will be responsible for helping to ensure the efficiency and smooth running of the charity. It will be a varied role, covering a range of administrative and support activities, including administering the core functions of the charity and supporting the development of its work into the future. You will work collaboratively with the current Development/Projects Manager, volunteers and trustees to encourage, support and grow the Quiet Garden Movement.

You will need to be a practising Christian with a positive attitude towards our ethos and values, be well-organised, flexible, with a good eye for detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
