Join us to celebrate our 30th Anniversary on May 14th at the Dell Centre, Ashtead, Surrey
Celebrating 30 years
The gathering will take place at the Quiet Garden of The Dell Centre, Ashtead in Surrey https://sgsgashtead.org.uk/and will include talks and the opportunity to meet with hosts, friends, supporters and Trustees from the Quiet Garden Movement.
We will be joined by Brian Draper, Simon Parke and founder of the Movement, Philip Roderick. A draft progamme can be downloaded and printed here
Brian is an experienced retreat leader, author, speaker and creative consultant. He regularly contributes to BBC Radio 4’s ‘Thought for the Day’ and has pioneered the introduction of ‘soulful leadership’ within organisations. Most recently, he’s co-written Soulful Nature: A spiritual field guide (with the botanist Howard Green). It’s about finding a deeper connection with nature and unearthing our own soulful nature in the process.
Simon is CEO of The Mind Clinic, which takes counselling into organisations. He was a priest in the Church of England for 20 years, serving in three London parishes. He has been a writer, therapist and retreat faciliator for eleven years. His most recent publication Gospel: Rumours of Love is an epic account of Jesus as a human being.
Morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea are included in the ticket price and for those requiring overnight accommodation a list of local hotels and B&Bs are availlable here. For those unable to travel there will be access to the event ( speakers only) registration required – cost £11.50.
To take advantage of the early bird registration price of £25.00 please make your booking before 31 March 2022. The cost will be £30.00 thereafter. Ticket sales close on 6th May.
