SUMMARY:Runcton Manor quiet morning
DESCRIPTION:Please arrive around 10.45 for a start at 11.00am. We will start with a brief introduction and meditation for 20 minutes\, followed by a time to use as you wish – exploring the garden and labyrinth\, reading\, writing or drawing\, or just being still and reflecting. We will have a short time of sharing at 12.45\, finishing at 1.00pm. \nBest to come equipped for both inside and outside. As always\, please do not come if you have Covid or flu. \nTea and coffee will be provided\, but you may wish to bring your own books\, notepads\, pens and snacks. \n\n\nI’ve been clearing out my bookshelves and so will be bringing a collection of books which anyone is welcome to help themselves to. \nI look forward to seeing you then.
