DESCRIPTION:Spending time in meditation or mindfulness is beneficial to our mental and spiritual health. A Quiet Garden day is held at Runcton Manor on the third Wednesday of every month. No sessions in January\, August or December. \nArrive any time after 10.45 for a 11am start. Finish at 1.00pm. \nThe day includes meditation\, as well as the possibility to draw\, write\, read\, explore the grounds and use the labyrinth. Donations invited. \nOur roots are founded in the Christian tradition and we welcome people of all faiths and none. \nRuncton is two miles south east of Chichester and on the 600 bus route between Chichester and Bognor Regis.
