Det är då en stilla dag kan göra oss så gott.\nVi inleder med introduktion\, fm-fika och morgonbön kl. 9.30.\nDå får du också med dig en bibelmeditation eller ”andlig övning” som du kan använda dig av under dagen.\nDärefter har du egen tid då du kan välja att t.ex.\n➢ vara i trädgården\, kanske sitta i lusthuset eller annan plats om vädret är lämpligt.\n➢ ta en promenad i omgivningarna vid Säveån.\n➢ söka upp en plats inne för att be\, meditera eller läsa. DESCRIPTION:We are gearing up for another year of Quiet Gardens at Runcton Manor. Last year was very blessed with a solid core of regulars\, as well as always a number of people encountering Quiet Gardens for the first time. There is also a continuation of the programme of rewilding and increasing the biodiversity at Runcton Manor.\n\nPeople seem to appreciate the Quiet Gardens for the sense of peace and stillness\, as well as connecting to nature and their deeper selves – away from the noise and business of everyday life\n\n\nWe will restart Quiet Garden quiet days at Runcton Manor on Wednesday 18th February. Thereafter\, they will be on the third Wednesday of every month except August\, December and January.\n\nIf you’d like to come – and first timers are particularly welcome:Arrive any time after 10.40 for a prompt 11am start. Finish at 1.00pm.\nThe day includes meditation\, as well as the possibility to write\, read\, explore the grounds and use the labyrinth. Donations invited. We meet whatever the weather\, indoors and/or outdoors.\n\nWe attach a poster here which gives the dates and other details  for the first half of the year. Please feel free to pass it on or print and display wherever you feel may be appropriate. \nWe hope and look forward to seeing you at the Runcton Manor Quiet Garden in 2026.
