Retreat centre in Cornwall - England
A peaceful garden and woods, set in the grounds of Treargel Retreat. A place to breathe deeply, rest quietly and think clearly.
Name: Naomi Casserly
Enter through the top garden, with groves of azalea, camelia and hydrangea, and sit overlooking stunning views of fields and Looe bay in the distance. Wander down the steps through the young orchard to the ancient Cretan pattern stone Labyrinth, great for pondering questions about your journey in life. Continue through the wild woods following the meandering stream, past bluebells and wild garlic, to the secluded Hermitage wooden cabin and pond.
Booking is essential, so we can welcome you and explain how to get the best out of your visit.
Parking is in the Hendersick National Trust car park. Ask for nearer parking if you have mobility issues.
We have a very friendly and fluffy golden retriever, whom you may meet in the garden.
The Hermitage and Shepherds Hut may be available to sit in.
