The Garden was opened in 2022. Our vision: to provide a low-maintenance, wildlife-friendly, tranquil space where all can come and wander, rest, reflect and find peace. With the help of many volunteers this overgrown field corner was cleared and planted, paths laid and benches obtained. A small team continues to care for the Garden. Degibna is also part of a new venture with Small Pilgrim Places along with St Winwaloe’s church. The spaces are three miles apart and offer a short pilgrimage walk. Visitor information
A National Trust car park, part of the Penrose Estate is opposite, much used by locals and visitors who come to enjoy the area’s outstanding natural beauty and peaceful walks.
