£45.00Dealing with loss can be a difficult and lonely experience. What do you do with these feelings and how can you make progress with your own life after such a devastating trauma? It helps to talk with those who have gone through the same pain, in a safe place where you can share your story and hear how others are working their way through the grief. We provide the space, alongside people who know what it’s like to lose someone you love. Through a series of short, gentle sessions over a day, you can mould and be with clay, walk in nature, and talk about the sadness that comes with bereavement. It won’t fill the void, but could mark the first steps towards the next stage of life.
