It is broadly divided into four areas: a grassy area, with a shady seat surrounding the trunk of a large beech tree; a productive area, with tall raised beds, populated with flowers, and lower beds with vegetables; a small summerhouse, with grasses and scented flowers in front; finally a large insulated, log cabin, surrounded by a variety of different plants depending on the season. The garden is enclosed – screened by hedges and trees in various levels of maturity, but backing on to other residents gardens. Through being significantly set back from the road, and behind the church, it is a very quiet space. The garden is generally open during daylight hours, but if you wish to secure the cabin or summerhouse, then booking is advisable, as these are used for prayer, and occasional retreats that take place.
If additional space is required, we have rooms and additional facilities within the church that can also be booked.
