Monks Hall was built in 1585 in Great Mongeham near Deal in East Kent and we are a stones throw away from the sea. We have 4 acres of pasture with horses, dogs, cats and chickens. ( Darling Buds of May ) It is a place set aside for animals, however, it would suit people who would like a few hours away from it all who love pets etc. The house can be used to make refreshments or you could just sit in front of the log burner. It is in a semi rural area with lovely walks in the country but we live near a road so it might not fit those who want total silence.
