The physical Quiet Garden will resume in the Spring; participants will have the opportunity to make tea and coffee, have biscuits, cake and fruit, knit scarves for sailors, read, draw, or colour in, or simply sit in the garden and be. The Downs are just up the road, and the sea is down the road,
Visitor information
Whether it is a Zoom or physical Quiet Garden, we begin at 9.45am with a time of a welcome, catching up with everyone’s news, followed by our theme for the morning, which is either poems, prayers or passages for reflection. At about 10.30am we go into silence until midday, in our homes, garden or on a walk.
