The half-acre Churchyard is raised and surrounded by railings. There are paved areas surrounding the many gravestones, which are set into the ground. Mature Magnolia and Plane trees shade the area, whilst smaller trees and shrubs shield the churchyard from the neighbouring buildings. Flower beds have been planted to provide fragrance and a quiet palette of white and pastel shades, creating a tranquil environment for visitors. Many benches are available within the churchyard, providing the opportunity for rest and contemplation.

St Bride’s also provides a Space for Silence in church between 4 and 5pm every weekday.
