The St Theodore’s Community Spiritual Garden, is offered to the community as an oasis of peacefulness and beauty, a place of stillness which provides an opportunity to explore spirituality.
The Garden is a Mediterranean-style Garden displaying seasonal change, colour and perfume. The plants and materials have been selected to respect the scale of the church buildings while creating a warm and welcoming space. Plantings have been selected to attract birds and beneficial insects as well as being low water use and low maintenance.
The Garden is located between St Theodore’s Anglican Church and the Church Hall, and adjacent to the Memorial Garden and the Australian indigenous plantings in the car park to the north.
The garden is sometimes used for quiet days and retreats as advertised on the parish website and elsewhere.
