The garden is in Morebattle, just round the corner from the long-distance walking and pilgrimage route called St Cuthbert’s Way. It is a walled garden of just under 1 acre, with major trees, small laburnum tunnel, fruit and veg cages, flower beds, laws and informal parterres, on a slope. Looked after by proprietors with two part-time helpers
